We are situated within a reputed and sought-after industrial area of Malur and very close to national highways that provide ease of access for our logistics.
Our newly installed manufacturing facility is established on a 6-acre plot providing us with substantial capacity for expansion and growth. We utilize new and imported, high-speed machinery for producing high-quality products quickly with little to no downtime for product changes. Our production environment is augmented by a full-fledged testing lab for quality assurance.
Our fully automated 1800 mm wide, 7 ply corrugator/auto board plant is capable of converting/corrugating up to 2000 tons of paper per month. All cassette systems for flute rollers are interchangeable to provide several combinations of A, B, C, and E flutes.
Our 1450 x 2800 mm, 2 colors high-speed printer/slotter/die cutter, integrated with vibrator and stacker, is capable of producing over 11000 boxes per hour.
In addition, our facility also includes:
- a fully automatic folding, stitching, and gluing machine
- a double joint stitcher for jumbo boxes
- a gluing machine for small boxes/mono cartons
